Tar ball catcher booms

The Expandi Tar ball Catcher Skirted sorbent booms are an excellent solution for spills ranging from oil shine to scattered tar balls. They have been designed with inner hydrophobic sorbent core, and inner floatation element to keep always positive the freeboard of the boom even when they are completely saturated. Besides they have a 3D mesh to trap and retain the floating tar balls. The booms are available in special treated cotton or polypropylene fibres. Effective quick couplings allow rapid connection of sections to desired lengths. These booms are inexpensive and to be considered as disposable. Time consuming, costly and unpleasant cleaning is not necessary.
